Avis Brantner: There's no real occupation called "recreation therapist." There's "occupational therapist" and "physical therapist." No "recreation therapist."
Charline Granes: Please be aware that the nursing (and counseling/social work) field is supposed to have a high burn-out rate. If you get overwhelmed easily, then you may consider a field other than nursing.

Danette Slotnick: I have a very loving and compassionate heart. I am dedicated to people and I love animals. I am torn between nursing and recreation therapy. Nursing seems a bit hard because you have the pressures of! the doctor and something going wrong in which you can really be chastised for. I don't do well with stress. Recreation therapy focuses on the mind and body and how those who have physical illness or sickness can helped through talk therapy, music therapy, art therapy etc....Show more
