Leora Klingelhoets: I think you should clue your partner in on the "secret relationship" thing. Since they most likely will take it to offense and think you're ashamed of them.

Kaley Lappas: First of all, why would you WANT to have a secret relationship? If that's really what you want, just don't tell anyone about it. And if you go out in public, don't do any kind of PDA or flirting. You should feel good about a relationship, though. You should want to show him/her off to your friends, and vice versa!
