Azalee Ahrendes: The Zots would work PERFECT because it is a stronger then regular glue. I would suggest putting Elmer's Glue in a container and adding small amounts of water until you get it slightly runny. Then use a small paint brush and cover everything with it. I use this all the time over paper. I am not sure that it would work over the ribbon though. I would just apply extra Zots.
Giovanna Cramblit: I decorate my school notebooks all the time. I just use dots of Elmers to get everything where I want it and then I use packing tape in strips to permanently stick it all down. It's clear, so looks fine. :)
