handheld neopets game or something?

On the inside it has three panels- the middle and the two that fold back to close it. In the middle there is a screen, arrows, and thing with a button and a smaller button. Ours has Meridel settings. It shows Turmac, that frog from kiss the frog, the petpet place, and the bulls eye place. on another panel it has stuff from the kings castle and on the last panel it shows a farm-ish area. I'm guessing that there were different versions, such as one with settings from Fearieland and that dinosaur place, and other places in Neopia. It also has a little section where the animals are stored I have a green Ixi, a ski blue!
