Serena Doak: you can put self employment on if you have evidence that you were self employed. if you were self employed, you should have had to inform the government that you were operating your own business. in australia you need an ABN number to operate your own business/be self employed, id say its pretty similar in other countriesand if you didn't do that, no you can't put self employed on your resume, because whatever work you did was illegali would put after school teacher on there, i think that counts...Show more
